Design Guidelines Reference Guide
W192 Development Authority have developed a comprehensive set of design guidelines for streetscape, building and signage for all properties fronting Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway within the West U.S. 192 Corridor Community Redevelopment Area (W192 CRA). Specific regulatory standards within the Land Development Code were adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on February 17, 2020 via Ordinance #2020-21. This document describe the project approach and schedule as well as specific guidelines for each of the eight corridor segments. An appendix at the end of the document provides an overview of the guidance and inspiration that gave form to the overall themes and design elements.
